On May 19, 2017, Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes Unit (MCU) arrested Perla Arreola for her involvement after the murder of Floavis Douglas, known as “Miss Flo”to friends, family, and the community. This is the second arrest by Sheriff’s Office Investigators since the original arrest of Zachary Cuen.
