Molestation of Minor

On February 16, 2019 at approximately 4:46pm, Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched to a residence in San Jose for a report of a prior sexual assault of a minor. Deputies were contacted by the victim’s family after her mother believed that her daughter may be a victim of sexual assault. The Sheriff’s Office conducted a full investigation.
