On July 15, 2017, at approximately 7:00 PM, Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office West Valley Patrol deputies were dispatched to the report of a shooting on Martinwood Way in Cupertino. Multiple neighbors reported hearing the sound of a gunshot and also heard a man yelling he had been shot.
