On 03/18/2021 at approximately 3:00 p.m., the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office West Valley Patrol Division served an arrest warrant at a residence in the 4900 block of Snow Drive in San Jose. Sheriff's Office Traffic Investigators arrested Nicholas Carl Fernandez.
