UPDATE: On Monday, February 26, 2024, the Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office Fugitive Apprehension and Surveillance Team (FAST) apprehended and arrested Cody Neese, 30, in the City of San Jose without incident. Neese was booked into the Main Jail on charges of attempted murder and on unrelated outstanding warrants. The Sheriff’s Office would like to thank the San Jose Police Department, Santa Clara Police Department, and the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Gun Violence Task Force for their assistance in the investigation.
