Death Investigation VMC

On 12/25/2022, at approximately 9:30 AM, deputies responded to Santa Clara Valley Medical Center in San Jose for a report of an unresponsive male lying on the ground outside of the hospital. The male was unconscious and appeared to have sustained an injury. San Jose Fire Department and Paramedics arrived on scene and pronounced the male deceased at 9:36 AM. The Santa Clara County Medical Examiner-Coroner’s Office was notified and responded to the scene to take over the death investigation.
