On 9/8/2023, at approximately 12:33 P.M., Sheriff’s Office Deputies responded to the 22000 block of Balboa Road, located in the City of Cupertino, for a report of an in-progress burglary.
Upon the deputies arrival, the suspect’s vehicle (2017 Toyota Tacoma) was located. Deputies attempted to stop the driver, later identified as Raul Cruz (27), who led deputies in a vehicle pursuit.
