Attempted Murder Croul

On 1/27/2024, at approximately 11:15 A.M., Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched to the 6000 block of Mount Madonna Road for a report of an Attempted Murder. During the investigation, deputies learned the victim, a process server, went to the suspect’s (Christopher Croul’s (64)) residence to serve legal documents. Upon leaving the residence, the victim and Croul were involved in a verbal argument. Croul discharged an unknown firearm in the direction of the victim. The victim immediately left the area and contacted 9-1-1. The victim did not sustain any injuries.
