Lt. Henderson Arrest

On December 26, 2018,Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Lieutenant Mandy Henderson was arrested by Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department on an ArrestWarrant stemming from allegations of Workers’ Compensation Fraud. Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office investigators discoveredHenderson engaging in strenuous workouts while on work restrictions due to an alleged injury. Investigators believed Hendersoncommittedfraud by misrepresenting the extent of her injuries.Sheriff’s Office detectives completeda criminal investigation, which lead to a felony arrest warrantbeingissued forviolatingCalifornia Insurance Code 1871.4 (a)(1)and Penal Code550(b)(3).
