This morning, at approximately 5:00 AM, Sheriff’s Office Investigators arrested Marquita Kirk at a residence in Sunnyvale. Kirk rented the U-Haul Van and staged it near the Courthouse. Witnesses observed the escapees fleeing in a U-Haul shortly after the escape.
