On Saturday April 8, 2017, at approximately 4:48 AM, Correctional Deputies discovered an unresponsive inmate inside the M-8 housing unit at the Elmwood Correctional Facility. Just prior to the discovery, Correctional Deputies heard the sound of a loud crash which prompted their immediate response.
