Transparency Portal Launch

Consistent with openness and transparency, Sheriff Jonsen is proud to announce the launch of the Sheriff’s Office Transparency Portal.

The Transparency Portal provides the public with easier access to reports that became public in recent years with the passing of California Senate Bill 1421 and Senate Bill 16. Posted on the portal are records regarding officer-involved shootings, use of force incidents involving great bodily injury, and incidents involving sustained findings of dishonesty involving Sheriff’s Office personnel.
