On 10/08/2021 at 0722 hours, Sheriff Correctional Deputies were working at the Santa Clara County Main Jail (150 W. Hedding Street, San Jose) and heard a request of a medical emergency in dormitory “2B”.
While Correctional Deputies responded to the medical emergency, they learned the medical incident may have involved a possible Fentanyl exposure and overdose.
